Noticing Your Thoughts

Every thought to which you give your attention and focus (whether positively or negatively) tends to gets bigger and bigger and contributes to your “energy.”

Exercise

This month, focus your awareness on how you think about your coaching. What thoughts keep showing up around your work with your coaching clients? Your coaching practice? Is there something you want more of? Less of? Take some time each day to journal about what you are noticing.
