R-E-S-P-E-C-T

R-E-S-P-E-C-T. It’s not just an Aretha Franklin song. When we respect ourselves or our clients, some would say we’re being (to name a few) honest, loving, caring, generous, patient, kind, responsible – and that’s just for starters. Make a list of words that define “respect” for you. Spend some time with this list before you begin coaching each day. After a week, review the impact on your coaching. Journal about what you notice – what were the most empowering shifts you experienced? What different choices did you make?
