Stats That Will Impact Your Business Now

If you’re an executive coach – or even if you’re not – the research you need to run your business can be hard to find. But there are a few good sources of information out there that can help you create an effective marketing strategy:
  1. Each year, Sherpa Coaching publishes a survey geared toward executive coaches, though it references life coaches as well. The survey includes information on demographics, billing rates and service delivery (among others).Reviewing Sherpa’s survey might make you think differently about how you pitch coaching to both businesses and individuals.
  2. Colleague Larry Seal at Engaged Leadership recently shared some surprising insights on his blog about how much coaches pay for coaching, who’s initiating the relationship, and why they hire coaches.
  3. The International Coach Federation’s annual Global Coaching Survey includes a wealth of valuable information.
